Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to support data-driven decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, validating, and reporting data from various sources. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required for this role.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform data collection, analysis, validation, and reporting.

  • Design, test, and document data processes, SQL queries, and stored procedures.

  • Extract and analyze data from multiple sources including:

    • Databases

    • Manual files

    • External websites

  • Respond to data inquiries from various internal departments.

  • Create and distribute regularly scheduled and ad hoc reports.

  • Document reporting requirements and ensure accurate validation of data components.


Required Qualifications:

  • 0–2 years of professional experience in data analysis or related fields.

  • Proficiency in English and Spanish (must be able to communicate effectively in both languages).

  • Experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL).

  • Familiarity with SQL and/or statistical analysis tools.

  • Strong analytical thinking and organizational skills.

  • Ability to document processes clearly and effectively.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Exposure to data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.

  • Basic understanding of data governance and quality standards.
