Job Summary
The Data Analyst serves as a key member of the RWJBarnabas Health Heart and Vascular Service Line Quality Team. This role is responsible for the accurate and timely abstraction of clinical data for various registries, ensuring data integrity and compliance with internal and external standards. The analyst will input data into designated online databases, generate quality reports for physician review, and contribute to the development and maintenance of quality dashboards and performance metrics. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong communication, documentation, organizational, and planning skills, enabling them to effectively lead quality assurance (QA) initiatives and oversee specific Heart and Vascular registries. This role involves collaboration with other departments during audits and reviews to support hospital-wide quality and compliance standards. Additionally, the Data Analyst will lead QA meetings and perform case analyses to ensure alignment with The Joint Commission requirements and other applicable standards.
Responsibilities
- Input data into designated online databases

Pay Range
$91,472.00 - $129,204.00 per year
Qualifications
Required: BSN, Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, Current New Jersey licensure, Cardiac Catheter Lab experience, Familiar with medical records, Microsoft Office, and standard healthcare quality concepts
Preferred: Baccalaureate degree in nursing preferred, Experience with NCDR Registries preferred, MSN preferred
