The Data Analyst will be responsible for analyzing data related to the client scope and operational processes across Omnicom agencies. This role will involve evaluating scope utilization, identifying opportunities for improvement, and supporting the Operations team with actionable insights. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background and experience in data analysis within an advertising or marketing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze data related to client scope and operational workflows to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide visibility into key metrics related to client scope and operational performance.
  • Collaborate with Operations and Account Management teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Support process improvement initiatives by identifying bottlenecks and recommending solutions.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular audits and validation checks.
  • Present findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner, using data visualization techniques.
  • Monitor industry trends and best practices in operations analytics to ensure the agency remains competitive.
  • Assist in the development of predictive models to forecast operational outcomes and client needs.

Key Capabilities

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw actionable insights.
  • Knowledge of data cleaning, preprocessing, and transformation techniques.
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and ability to perform data validations and quality checks.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey data-driven insights to various stakeholders from Sr. Leadership to non-technical shareholders.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or 3-5 years relevant work experience in data analysis or a related field.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
  • Experience with project management software and tools is a plus.

Location and compensation

We are only considering candidates that currently live in Dallas, TX. The targeted annual salary range for this role is $80,000 to $90,000 and may vary depending on several factors including but not limited to the candidate's experience, education, skills and job qualifications.
