Description
Strong Data Analyst to support our Enterprise Data Services team in building out Client's Tech Health Operation Reporting platform.
The team rolled out the initial version of the platform focused on financial cost accounting, capacity management, resource forecasting & utilization in 2024 and is expanding upon the base platform to include tech health metrics to better understand flow, defect density, system/platform cost, tech debt, etc.
Our ideal candidate would meet the following requirements:
Source to Target mapping.
Healthcare or Health Insurance required.
Experience with relational & non-relational databases.
Cloud/AWS experience.
Experience building materialized views.
Project Overview:
Data Mart Setup: Elevate, focusing on financial cost accounting, capacity management, resource forecasting, and utilization.
Cost per team, non-labor costs, tech portfolio health, run rate, tech debt, cycle and flow time analytics, budget burn rate.
Legacy vs. Modern Platforms: Assessing the percentage of systems in each category.
Technical Requirements:
SQL Expertise: Strong experience with SQL, transitioning to PostgreSQL.
Heavy cloud experience, particularly with AWS.
Experience with both relationaland non-relational databases.
Excellent communication, especially in a customer-facing role.
