Overview

Data Analyst position in Sarasota, FL. Salary: $25-$28/hour. Location: Sarasota, FL 34243. Industry: Aerospace/Manufacturing. Employment Type: 6 Month Contract.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required. Some college or a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar is preferred.
• 1-2+ years of experience in data analytics
• Basic understanding of database structures required.
• Basic SQL experience is required.
• Experience with Power BI is required; experience with DAX or Power Query a plus.
• Regular, predictable attendance is required.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize a Data warehouse.
• Optimize and consolidate existing published Power BI Reports.
• Validate accuracy of data and calculation of KPIs.
• Schedule meetings with needed stakeholders to achieve alignment on KPIs.
• Provide concise automated data management system in place to manage main Division KPIs.
• Ensure robust coordination and timely update of SAP data accuracy.
• Work with wider teams to improve and streamline Data Processing.
• Proactively provide analysis on key input measures (Refresh Times of both SQL Views and BI Reports).
• Lead change control for demand management flow down into suppliers.
• Coordinate and support IT roadmap.
• Other duties and projects as assigned.
