Overview
We are looking for a true Data Analyst with significant experience creating reports within the Adobe Customer Journey Analytics workspace UI.
Location: Saint Louis, Missouri
Job type: Contract
Salary: $58.50 - 68.50 per hour
Work hours: 8am to 5pm
Education: Bachelors
Responsibilities
- Attend daily standup with rotation of 1 of 6 agile development teams
- Attend design reviews for new development work to understand the purpose and begin to formulate measurements to show progress toward success
- Attend bi-weekly Data Analytics touch base to discuss ad hoc reporting needs from health plan/business stakeholders
- Facilitate ad hoc design/requirements reviews with Analytics team members to maintain alignment in tracking standards across the team
- At least weekly discussion with Analytics Launch Developer to coordinate between Agile Development Teams and Analytics Launch Developer
Major deliverables include formulating requirements (business questions), creating a technical specification (data needs), QA guide (data integrity), feature-level dashboards that measure progress toward defined OKRs, data validation, and presentation of analysis, outcomes, and recommendations.
Qualifications
TOP 3 REQUIREMENTS:
- Data Analysis & Visualization - expert level
- Extensive knowledge of Adobe Analytics/Adobe CJA dataset
- Storytelling and attention to detail
Requirements:
- Required: Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics or related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in behavioral analytics, specializing in Adobe Analytics and Customer Journey Analytics
- Experience with custom report/dashboard creation using Adobe Customer Journey Analytics workspaces
- Deep understanding of digital analytics implementation requirements
- Ability to critically evaluate designs to ensure alignment with business objectives and site performance
- Proficiency in data visualization, demonstrating value without relying on traditional sales data
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data sets
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Preferred:
- Adobe Customer Journey Analytics
- Business Practitioner Professional Certification
- Background in the health care industry
- Experience with user experience (UX) design principles
- Proficiency in designing wireframes or mockups using tools like Miro or Figma
- Familiarity with agile project management methodologies
