Type: Hybrid, 3 days onsite, W2 only
  • 5 Client Impact assessment (data) and Communication
  • Proactive readiness for execution of data driven Client Impact assessment and Communication
  • Design and document the end to end process for managing Client impacts data during an incident
  • Incident management data analysis and reporting - Hands on execution of tactical solutions to identify, consolidate and manage client impacts data during an incident
  • White Glove Monitoring for Clients
  • Profile
  • Senior folks (P4 in Wells Terms)- 15 + year exp. 10 in Financial institutions; 5-10 in hands on Data, Reporting roles. Wires / payment exp preferred
  • Data Operations
    • Master at Excel (ETL, Pivot tables, etc)
    • Working SME of Alteryx, SQL
    • Data ETL experts. Hands on. Able to assess and pull data on the fly
  • Able to assess data impacts and build support manual reporting needs
  • Experts in end to end data flow, hands on data aggregation from multiple sources
  • SME in the analysis, design and execution of data and reporting
  • Stakeholder Management (GTM, Wholesale Operations, Enterprise Resiliency)
  • 24/5 availability when incidents occur
  • Project Management / Execution
    • Data perspective, how do we get data from different applications and how do we get it structured?
    • Get data out of the applications for customer data
    • SQL
    • PowerBI
    • Excel
    • Write their own macros to go pull data
    • Alteryx - Python
    • Incident mgmt. not for reporting role
    • Could be working on the weekends as well
    • Financial exp
