This position provides analytical support to SEARHC’s healthcare operations by attesting, monitoring, validating, and reporting on regulatory requirements to maintain accreditation and funding. You will collaborate with data analysts to collect data, create, and maintain informative outputs, and support accreditation and operational reporting.
Pay Range: $34.15 - $47.93
Key Responsibilities
- Support the preparation and submission of regulatory and quality improvement data reports for stakeholders such as CMS, accrediting bodies, the State of Alaska, IHS, HRSA, and SEARHC management.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of regulatory reports.
- Analyze clinical, quality, and service data to support operational and strategic decisions.
- Develop and improve quality and performance dashboards.
- Support the development and implementation of new database and data warehouse tools.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, health informatics, health information management, public health, or related field; equivalent professional experience may substitute for education.
- Minimum of 3 years in data analytics.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory reporting processes.
- Experience with Excel, SQL, database applications, and spreadsheet design.
Skills and Abilities
- Proficiency in spreadsheet and database applications.
- Experience cleaning, filtering, and analyzing complex data sets.
- Knowledge of healthcare operations and regulatory requirements.
- Experience with statistical data analysis.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
