Data Analyst/Management Analyst Job at Tekprosupport in Arlington

SpecPro Management Services, LLC is seeking a Data Analyst/Management Analyst to support the Federal Recognition (FEDREC) Process. This position is 100% remote.

What You'll Do:

1. Process unit vacancy promotions according to screening criteria outlined in NGR 600-101 and NGR 600-100; coordinate with ARNG-HRM points of contact to verify valid vacancies.
2. Coordinate with State points of contact to resolve eTracker issues and errors following the DPO SOP. Track actions using business rules in eTracker, and provide responses or solutions to inquiries within 24 hours.
3. Conduct quality assurance on Officer and Warrant Officer Promotion packets, verifying administrative data for approximately 500 packets weekly, in accordance with AR 135-175, NGR 600-100, and NGR 600-101.
4. Process special orders for promotion actions, acknowledging receipt in eTracker within 2 business days, and handle about 15 orders weekly.
5. Respond to email and telephonic inquiries related to promotion actions and FEDREC from the ARNG 54 states and territories, and Title 10 NGB Soldiers, within 48 hours.
6. Manage access requests and removals for the eTracker system, ensuring completion within five business days, following Public Law 99-474.
7. Provide daily status reports and updates for the eTracker system, maintaining packet status according to established business rules.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience in a related field.
• Typically 3-5 years of relevant experience.
