The Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Data Analyst to join our growing US-based Data Science & BI team. Your work will be instrumental in driving product strategy and influencing how healthcare professionals engage with patient data.

What You'll Do

• Extract meaningful insights and identify trends and patterns relevant to our business and product by collecting, cleaning, and analyzing internal and external data.
• Ensure end-to-end visibility and understanding of AI generation pipelines, from internal quality metrics to automated assessment in production.
• Investigate and correct issues identified through data operations monitors, tools, and reports.
• Develop and maintain live dashboards; communicate trends and patterns to internal and external stakeholders.
• Serve as a domain expert for the business context of our analytics data, sharing understanding of assumptions and limitations of our metrics.
• Identify and fill gaps in data sources, working with product, engineering, partner success, and executive teams to deepen data understanding.

What You'll Bring

• 8+ years of experience in Data Analytics, BI, or related field; ideally at a product-focused software company.
• Expert-level SQL skills with efficient querying on large, complex datasets.
• Experience with a cloud SQL data warehouse (e.g. BigQuery, Postgres, Snowflake) and knowledge of database technology.
• Experience in analytical data modeling and schema design.
• Experience with a data visualization tool (e.g. Tableau, Looker, Sigma).

Data Advocate

• Excellent communicator capable of delivering quantitative findings to non-technical stakeholders clearly.
• Team player who helps others solve data problems and answer questions with data.
• Passionate about data quality and able to drill down to solve problems; able to prioritize in a fast-moving environment.

Domain-relevant Knowledge

• Knowledge of healthcare settings, electronic health records (EHR), and healthcare billing is a plus.
• Experience with measuring and driving user engagement is a plus.

Location & Hybrid Model

Must be willing to work from our SF office at least 3x per week. Hybrid model with relocation assistance available for candidates willing to move to San Francisco.
