About The Data Market Analyst Role

As a Data Market Analyst, you will maintain and optimize Salesforce’s Lightning Platform, supporting data integration, analytics, and reporting across the organization. This position requires strong analytical skills, problem-solving expertise, and cross-departmental collaboration to drive business decisions at the highest levels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with IT & business leaders to develop dashboards and analytics tools.
  • Support data cleansing efforts for legacy systems and institutional databases.
  • Work closely with general managers across multiple platforms nationwide, influencing strategic initiatives.
  • Utilize Salesforce (T-CRM, Einstein Analytics), Tableau, and Qlik to analyze and manage data.
  • Apply marketing insights to improve sales strategy through enhanced data visualization.
  • Present findings to leadership—must be comfortable delivering insights and reports.

Ideal Data Market Analyst Candidate Traits & Qualifications

  • Strong Data Management Background – Experienced in working with data warehouses and analytics tools to support business objectives.
  • Analytical & Strategic Thinker – Able to identify patterns in data, optimize reporting, and contribute to high-level decision-making.
  • Self-Driven & Proactive – Works independently while collaborating with multiple teams.
  • Comfortable with Presentations – Can confidently share insights and guide discussions with leadership.
  • Process- & Detail-Oriented – Appreciates the role of structured data management in driving business success.

Preferred Skills & Experience for our Data Market Analyst(Don’t have all of these? Don’t let that stop you from applying!)

  • Salesforce CRM expertise, including Lightning Flow, workflow rules, approval processes.
  • Salesforce SAQL, SQL, and familiarity with integrating Tableau or Qlik data sources.
  • Experience with ABI & Dodge metric marketing tools to optimize sales analytics.
  • Exposure to manufacturing industry data (helpful but not required).

Salary & Benefits

  • $80,000–$110,000 (plus 40% quarterly bonus & Stock Grant Bonus)
