Responsibilities
- Design, manage, and optimize dashboards and reporting tools that transform raw data into actionable insights across departments.
- Analyze large and complex data sets to uncover patterns, trends, and opportunities that enhance operations across call centers, marketing, product, client services, and overall business performance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Call Center Ops, Engineering, and Business Development to ensure data-driven strategies are aligned with company goals.
- Present insights directly to clients in the insurance sector, offering data-backed recommendations to enhance acquisition campaigns and improve ROI.
- Provide strategic support in the development and refinement of data models that power core business functions.
- Be a trusted advisor to C-Level executives, supporting major strategic initiatives with rigorous data interpretation and forward-thinking analytics.
- Drive innovation by identifying new opportunities for data use and analytics to support business growth and operational efficiency.
- 4+ years of experience in data analysis, with a strong emphasis on call center operations and business analytics.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python or R, Excel, and business intelligence tools like AWS QuickSight, Tableau, or similar.
- Exceptional communication skills-you know how to make data tell a story that resonates with technical and non-technical stakeholders alike.
- A strategic mindset paired with a builder's mentality-you see where data can make a difference and know how to bring those insights to life.
- High comfort level working in fast-paced, startup-like environments where agility and initiative are essential.
- A passion for using data to fuel customer experience, operational excellence, and business growth.
- SQL - Advanced querying and data manipulation
- Python or R - Statistical analysis and data modeling
- Excel - Complex formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis
- Business Intelligence (BI) Tools - AWS QuickSight, Tableau, Power BI, Looker
- Data Visualization - Designing intuitive dashboards and reports
- Data Modeling - Creating predictive and performance models
- ETL Processes - Understanding and managing data pipelines
- Data Warehousing - Familiarity with Redshift, Snowflake, or similar platforms
- A/B Testing - Experimental design and interpretation
- APIs & Data Integration - Working with external/internal data sources
- Call Center Metrics Analysis - Understanding KPIs like conversion rate, handle time, FCR, etc.
- Customer Journey Analysis - Mapping and optimizing user behavior paths
- Campaign Performance Analysis - Evaluating marketing and acquisition campaigns
- Root Cause Analysis - Identifying underlying drivers of performance issues
- Forecasting & Trend Analysis - Data-driven projections to support planning
- Business Acumen - Translating data into business impact
- Client-Facing Communication - Presenting data insights to external stakeholders
- Cross-Functional Collaboration - Working across Product, Marketing, Engineering, and Ops
- Executive Reporting - Creating concise, impactful reports for C-level leaders
- Data-Driven Decision Making - Supporting and influencing strategic choices
- Strong Communication - Explaining complex concepts clearly to non-technical audiences
- Critical Thinking - Interpreting data in context and challenging assumptions
