Kforce has a client that is seeking a Lead Data Analyst in Weston, FL.

In this hands-on role, you will leverage your technical expertise, sharp analytical skills, and business acumen to empower business stakeholders with enterprise-wide data products and insights, enhancing customer experience, employee experience, and driving continued profitable growth.

As a Senior Data Analyst, you will collaborate closely with Data Scientists and Data Engineers to perform complex analyses using Python and SQL. Your role will involve conducting Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) to inform Data Scientists on optimal data sources and potential features for improving predictive machine learning models, such as churn prediction and propensity to purchase. A strong preference is given to candidates with experience in cloud services like BigQuery and a solid understanding of databases, statistical analysis, and data visualization.

Duties:

• Technical Analysis: Conduct complex data analyses using Python and SQL to support data-driven decision-making and model development
• Exploratory Data Analysis: Perform EDA using Python packages such as Pandas for data manipulation and Matplotlib for visualization to identify valuable data sources and features for enhancing predictive ML models
• Cloud Expertise: Utilize cloud services like BigQuery to manage and analyze large datasets efficiently
• Database Management: Demonstrate proficiency in relational database systems, ensuring data integrity and reliability
• Statistical Analysis: Apply advanced statistical techniques to interpret data and generate actionable insights
• Visualization: Develop compelling data visualizations using Python packages like Matplotlib, Plotly, and other relevant tools to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders
  
  

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience: 7+ years of data analytics work experience, with a focus on technical analysis and collaboration with Data Scientists
• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Python, including experience with Pandas for data manipulation and Matplotlib for visualization, and SQL, with experience in writing efficient queries for large data warehouses (e.g., Google BigQuery, Microsoft Azure)
• Cloud Services: Experience with cloud technologies, particularly Google Cloud and BigQuery
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of interacting professionally with diverse stakeholders
• Adaptability: Flexible, open-minded, and resourceful, with a positive attitude towards change
  
  

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
