Overview

We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join our team and drive data-driven decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate is highly skilled in analyzing complex datasets, developing actionable insights, and presenting findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. This role requires strong analytical expertise, proficiency with modern data tools, and the ability to influence business strategy through evidence-based recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured datasets to support business initiatives.
• Translate business needs into analytical requirements and deliver actionable insights.
• Design and maintain dashboards, reports, and self-service analytics tools for stakeholders.
• Perform advanced statistical analysis, data modeling, and forecasting.
• Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
• Collaborate with data engineers and IT teams to ensure data quality, governance, and accessibility.
• Present findings through compelling visualizations and executive-level presentations.
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to the development of data analysis best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or in a similar role.
• Advanced proficiency with SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Looker).
• Experience with TSQL, Data Modeling and Fabric experience are all nice to have
• Strong programming skills in Python or R for data manipulation and statistical modeling.
• Experience with data warehousing solutions (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, or similar).
• Knowledge of ETL processes, data governance, and data quality best practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business insights.
