We are seeking a Clinical Data Analyst to join the team, supporting the clinical research process for skincare product development. You’ll design studies, manage research partners, and present data to both clinical and non-clinical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on new product development from concept through clinical validation.
• Determine product claims, design studies, and select appropriate demographics.
• Draft study protocols and oversee execution with external research partners.
• Analyze clinical data and present findings to cross-functional teams.
• Research and review literature to support study design and product positioning.
• Support marketing teams with validated clinical claims for launches.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in clinical research or data analysis (beauty, personal care, or pharma).
• Experience in clinical study design and monitoring.
• Strong data presentation skills for both scientific and general audiences.
• Scientific background (life sciences, pharmacy, or related field).
• Ability to work hybrid in NYC.
