Role Overview
As the Data Analyst at NFP, you will support the Implementation Leads in converting data from legacy operating systems to NFP’s standard Operating systems. You will report directly to the Director of Data Conversions.

Responsibilities

1. Obtain data from source systems in various formats and format it into standard templates using tools like Microsoft Excel, SQL, Alteryx, etc.
2. Collaborate with agency and project leads for data cleanup, mapping, and translation.
3. Prepare and format Carrier and Employee lists for discussions, finalizing information for mappings and configuration setup.
4. Attend on-site events with the agency during implementation phases, if required.
5. Validate data using reports and conversion tools to identify issues or cleanup needs.
6. Ensure timely data reviews and quality assurance.
7. Understand data flow processes and document transactions/messages.
8. Track and report conversion issues for resolution and validation.
9. Collaborate with development teams on tooling requirements for conversions.
10. Meet project milestones according to the plan and timeline.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience with Brokerage or Insurance Agency Management Systems.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Ability to travel up to 20% and work occasional after hours/weekends.
• Advanced Excel skills including lookups, formulas, and pivot tables.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and multi-angle analysis capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Alteryx and Microsoft SQL Server.
• Experience in data conversion projects and large system implementations.
• Reside within the East Coast time zone.

Competitive salary ($85,000 - $100,000), PTO, 401(k) match, health & wellness programs, and more. Salary is determined by experience, credentials, and location. Additional performance incentives may apply.
