Truemed is on a mission to make healthy living more affordable.We help brands like Peloton and Eight Sleep unlock billions in HSA/FSA funds for wellness products—and we’re just getting started.We're looking for an Analytics Engineer to own data infrastructure, support cross-functional insights, and drive smarter decisions across the company.
What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, Marketing, and CX to drive data-informed decisions
- Build and maintain BI dashboards and reporting tools (e.g. Omni)
- Support and improve our data stack (Snowflake, dbt, Fivetran)
- Develop scalable, well-documented data models for analytics and reporting
- Champion data governance and self-serve analytics practices
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years in an analytics-focused role (Analytics Engineer, BI, Data Analyst/Engineer)
- Hands-on experience with Snowflake, dbt, Fivetran in production
- Expert-level SQL and strong understanding of performance tuning
- Proficient in modern BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Omni, etc.)
- Strong communicator—comfortable with technical and non-technical teams alike
