Job Title: Data Management Analyst IV (DMA4) – 2 Positions

Location: Irving, TX (Hybrid – 3 days onsite per week)

About the Role

We are seeking two experienced Data Management Analysts IV (DMA4) to support strategic initiatives within the Commercial Banking division. This contingent assignment focuses on analyzing and optimizing data processes, systems, and compliance frameworks to support enterprise transformation efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead consultations on complex data management initiatives with broad organizational impact.
• Analyze multifaceted data challenges, considering multiple variables including intangible and unprecedented factors.
• Develop and recommend solutions to resolve complex data issues, ensuring alignment with policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
• Collaborate strategically with internal stakeholders to support business transformation goals.
• Conduct fit-gap analysis on business processes and system capabilities, particularly within the Loan IQ platform.
• Identify technology gaps and propose actionable solutions to align systems with business needs.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Data Management, Business Analysis, Analytics, or Project Management.
• Proven ability to manage complex data initiatives and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated experience through professional work, consulting engagements, military service, or relevant education.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong domain expertise in Commercial Lending, with a focus on Asset-Based Lending products.
• Hands-on experience with the Loan IQ platform.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
