Quality Data Analyst
We are looking for a Quality Data Analyst to join the Quality Assurance organization at a large pharmaceutical client based out of Boston, MA. This Quality Data Analyst will be responsible for helping solve business and/or compliance challenges through the application of analytic approaches, working alongside the Quality Analytics and Data team of five other members. This is a task-oriented position supporting multiple projects, focused on developing reports with Power BI, maintaining existing reports, validating new outputs or the source itself, and able to draw conclusions from data to support business improvements. The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Support the active management of metrics program and Quality data analytics activities.
- Support data acquisition from all applicable systems and create visualizations for Quality leadership team meetings.
- Create ad-hoc data models, reports and analysis as needed to support business requirements.
- Identifying, analyzing, and interpreting trends or patterns in complex data sets.
- Automate the visualizations as required to improve efficiency.
This job posting is for a fully remote, 40-hour work week starting on a six-month contract as an employee of Insight Global on assignment at our client. The individual selected for this role will be offered the role as an employee of Insight Global; compensation, medical benefits, and other terms and conditions of employment shall be presented by Insight Global upon offer. The pay rate range is expected to be $40-45/hr as a reasonable estimate of the anticipated compensation range for this job at the time of posting. The actual pay rate will be based on a number of factors, including skills, competencies, experience, location and/or being pursued, and other job-related factors permitted by law. In addition, this role will be eligible for overtime pay, in accordance with federal and state requirements.

Skills and requirements:
- Strong data visualization skills with tools including Power BI, Tableau, Snowflake, Python, MS Office Suite.
- Strong analytics and/or quality assurance experience -- able to draw conclusions for business improvement.
- Experience with Snowflake or Azure.
- Strong oral, written and presentation skills with ability to explain complex concepts clearly to a variety of audiences.
- Understanding of industry requirements/expectations of a Quality Management System.
- Quality Assurance Analytics experience.
- Previous pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry experience.
