Deliver weekly/monthly fulfillment reports covering order performance, exceptions, SKU movement, and inventory distribution
Develop and maintain logistics KPI dashboards to support fulfillment tracking for online channels (Shopify DTC, TikTok Shop, Amazon FBA) and offline channels (retail stores, distributors, vending machines)
Extract, clean, and analyze data from WMS/OMS/ERP systems to ensure accuracy, completeness, and usability
Build automated reporting templates and dashboards for cross-functional teams (operations sales, customer service, finance)
Warehouse & Channel KPI Monitoring
Monitor key warehouse and channel metrics weekly, such as inbound timeliness, outbound accuracy, picking efficiency, inventory variance rate, and storage utilization
Benchmark warehouse performance and identify inefficiencies, providing data-driven improvement suggestions
Track marketplace-specific KPIs (on-time delivery, late shipment rate,return rate, negative review rate), issue alerts, and support resolution with operations
Cost Analysis & Budget Support
Compile monthly logistics cost reports, covering warehousing, transportatin (UPS), returns, and operational expenses
Analyze unit fulfillment costs by order/channel/product, and recommand cost optimization strategies
Assist in annual logistics budget planning and cost model development

What You Will Need:

Bachelor's degree or above in Mathematics, Statistics, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics/supply chain data analytics; eCommerce experience preferred
Proficient in Excel, SQL, and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) with strong data extraction and modeling skills
Familiar with WMS, OMS, and ERP systems data structures and operations
Strong cross-functional communication, logical thinking, and self-management
Bilingual in Mandarin and English (written and spoken)
