Enterprise Architecture responsibility for technology standards, part of governance crew
Current initiatives/project(s) that this resource will be impacting:
Automate current processes, process improvement work (process flows, assessments, data collection)
Centralize a scorecard to be used by Execs for overall health of the program and compliance and performance
Industry background:

Process improvement
Create the Power BI items based on what the team is needing
Technical Skills:
Candidate will be tasked to migrate from governance by PPT to data driven with automated notifications, statuses and reminders. Must also implement metric collection for processes.
Skill Set: Six Sigma Blackbelt with the following skills:
- MS Office tools – advanced user, particularly Excel
- Process flow tools – MS Visio or Aris
- MS Enterprise SharePoint – experienced (at least 2 years) administrator / designer of Lists with Forms, Views
- MS Power Apps: Power BI, Power Automate – experienced (at least 2 years) administrator / designer of reports and workflows
- Can extract and analyze large volumes of data using Excel, Tableau and/or PowerBI
- Can create process flow diagrams (esp. swim-lanes) for existing processes
- Can analyze process steps in diagrams and identify required Inputs and Outputs, Suppliers and Customers for each step\
- Can assist with validating procedure documents against existing process flow diagrams
- Can create / modify SharePoint sites and lists, considering audiences, access rights, views to protect data, etc.
- Can create / modify Power BI reports for large volumes of data
- Can create / modify Power Automate workflows for complex scenarios with multiple steps, evaluations (T/F), decision trees, etc.
- Can leverage Power Automate to create notification emails or Teams Alerts or approvals for specific workflow steps

Summary:
The main function is to coordinate changes to computer databases, test, and implement the database applying knowledge of database management systems.
Job Responsibilities:
- Work with senior management, technical and client teams in order to determine data requirements, business data implementation approaches, best practices for advanced data manipulation, storage and analysis strategies
- Write and code logical and physical database descriptions and specify identifiers of database to management system or direct others in coding descriptions
- Design, implement, automate and maintain large scale enterprise data ETL processes
- Modify existing databases and database management systems and/or direct programmers and analysts to make changes
- Test programs or databases, correct errors and make necessary modifications
Skills:
- Experience with database technologies
- Knowledge of the ETL process
- Knowledge of at least one scripting language
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- Demonstrated history of success
- Desire to be working with data and helping businesses make better data driven decisions
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required or equivalent work experience.
