We are seeking a talented Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team and help drive data-informed decisions across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Work with business partners and stakeholders to understand data/reporting requirements.
2. Collaborate with product and operations teams to understand business questions and deliver high-quality exploratory analyses.
3. Build, update, and productionize dashboards for business use.
4. Provide descriptive analysis and sizing to support business decision-making processes.
5. Develop insights from data to help shape strategies and provide actionable recommendations.

Required Qualifications:

1. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
2. Experience in data analysis and reporting, ideally within business intelligence.
3. Proficiency in building and maintaining dashboards.
4. Ability to communicate complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.
5. Experience with SQL and/or other data analysis tools.
6. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience in business intelligence tools like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
2. Previous experience in a technology or logistics company is a plus.
3. Strong problem-solving skills and an eagerness to learn.
