We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Social Media Coordinator & Data Analyst to join our Marketing team. This requires a mix of creative content planning and performance analytics to manage and grow our social media presence across multiple platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and other platforms.

Job Responsibilities:

Social Media Content

  • Collaborate with internal teams to produce visually compelling social media content.
  • Create and manage a content calendar, ensuring timely posting and consistency in messaging.
  • Monitor social media engagement, responding to comments, messages and maintaining a positive online presence.
  • Assist in developing social media strategies to help drive engagement and trends.

Analytics

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret social media performance metrics (engagement, reach, returns, etc)
  • Use insights to optimize posting times, and campaigns to maximize engagement and conversions.
  • Monitor brand trends and competitors' performance to identify and improve content strategies and increase social media performance.
  • Responsible for analyzing data from social media platforms to help strategize marketing direction.
  • Analyze data results from digital advertising campaigns such as Google Ads, Meta, etc, to help align brand goals.
  • Recommend content and campaign optimizations based on performance data.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in social media management and/or data analysis.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms (Meta, TikTok, etc.).
  • Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta, Hootsuite, Metricool, etc).
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Experience with paid digital campaigns
  • Graphic design or video editing skills (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc).
