Position Summary
HII – Mission Technologies is seeking a highly skilled and mission-driven Data Integrator with deep expertise in data analytics, management, and visualization, and a proven track record in Human Performance optimization. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Power BI, Data Modeling, DAX, Microsoft Excel, and familiar with Tableau and SQL. This role demands a strategic thinker capable of developing KPIs, crafting performance metrics, and conducting predictive analysis to support operational readiness, training evaluation, and SOP development. Experience in project management, and stakeholder engagement is essential, especially within military organizations. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in integrating Human Performance data streams to drive performance insights and support strategic planning across dynamic operational environments. This role will require in-office work at multiple government locations – upon establishing and meeting the needs of the customer a hybrid work schedule may be an option.

What You Will Do
- Aggregate data from multiple sources (e.g., wearables, biometric systems, training logs, performance assessments)
- Cleanse and normalize datasets to ensure consistency across platforms
- Maintain data pipelines for real-time or scheduled ingestion into centralized systems
- Troubleshoot integration issues
- Analyze performance metrics (e.g., fatigue, cognitive load, recovery rates) to identify trends
- Correlate physiological data with operational outcomes (e.g., mission readiness, task efficiency)
- Develop dashboards that visualize KPIs related to human performance
- Generate reports for leadership on individual and team performance trends
- Coordinate with Human Performance teams, medical staff, and operational leads to align data needs
- Translate technical findings into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders
- Participate in daily stand-ups or syncs to align on priorities and data requirements
- Support cross-functional initiatives that integrate human performance data into broader readiness models
- Evaluate new tools or platforms for data collection and integration
- Recommend improvements to data architecture based on performance feedback
- Be able to service multiple government sites during the period of performance
Minimum Qualifications
- 6 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 4 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 10 years relevant experience.
- Proficient in extracting, transforming, and loading data from wearables, sensors, and performance platforms (e.g., Garmin, Polar, WHOOP)
- Skilled in SQL, relational databases, and cloud-based data storage (Azure, AWS, Snowflake)
- Familiarity with periodization, overtraining indicators, and recovery optimization
- Experience integrating medical, rehab, and training data to identify trends and mitigate risk
- Ability to apply statistical methods, predictive modeling, and machine learning to human performance datasets
- Capable of documenting repeatable data workflows and integration protocols
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with connecting Microsoft Excel to Power BI dashboards with repeatable automation
- Clearance - Must be able to obtain and maintain a clearance
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in 3 full life cycle implementations of Power BI
- Technical writing experience in relevant areas, including queries, reports, and presentations
- Experience with Power BI and Excel skills, with an aptitude for learning other analytics tools
- Excellent experience with database and model design
- Experience with creating MDX Expressions, DAX Expressions, Power BI Power Pivot, Power integrated with Share Point and in creating dashboards in Power BI
- Previously supported and worked within the Navy Marine Corps Intranet (NMCI)
- Familiar with Athletic Management Systems
