RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Data Management Strategy Analyst in San Antonio, TX.

Overview:

Ready to bridge the gap between data, business insight, and stakeholder success? We're looking for a seasoned Data Management Strategy Analyst with a strong foundation in the finance domain to join an innovative team managing mission-critical data products and applications.

Responsibilities:

• Lead requirements-gathering sessions with business stakeholders to identify and define complex problem statements
• Analyze historical data to uncover trends, support root cause analysis, and provide actionable insights
• Develop governance procedures, monitoring controls, and job aids for data products, with a strong focus on Data Sharing and the Enablement Zone Application
• Serve as Product Owner for multiple data products, prioritizing business needs, tracking progress in JIRA, and identifying business value and cost savings
• Present insights and capabilities to technical and non-technical audiences, both internally and externally
• Mentor junior team members and guide their analysis and delivery approach
  
  

REQUIREMENTS:

• 8+ years of finance domain experience, particularly in developing governance procedures and controls for user-developed data applications
• 4-5 years as a business analyst supporting web applications, SaaS, or similar products
• 2-3 years mentoring junior analysts and driving team development
• Experience building reactive statistical models to generate insights from historical data
• Hands-on expertise in: SQL Server, data modeling, and database design
• BI tools: SAS, Tableau, Cognos, Spotfire, Alteryx, Knime
• Productivity software: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Strong techno-functional skills: you understand the tech, but speak fluent business
• CDMP or Dama certification is a big plus
  
  

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.

Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
