**Job Summary**

The **Data Analyst** will assist in the implementation of our enterprise-wide ERP. This position will be responsible for driving data accuracy, system integration insights, and cross-departmental decision-making throughout the ERP project lifecycle. The Data Analyst will collaborate across functional units---including Finance, Operations, and CRM---to deliver powerful dashboards, performance metrics, and meaningful business intelligence.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**

• Partners with business units and ERP consultants to analyze data requirements and ensure consistent and accurate migration from legacy systems to Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Builds, maintains, and optimizes Power BI dashboards that provide visibility into project milestones, data readiness, performance KPIs, and user adoption metrics.
• Translates complex data into actionable insights that inform ERP configuration, business workflows, and leadership reporting.
• Writes and executes complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and validation across legacy systems and new environments.
• Collaborates closely with IT, Finance, CRM, and Supply Chain teams to define data mapping logic and ensure cross-functional alignment.
• Supports master data management and data governance strategies across the ERP landscape.
• Performs gap analysis and assists in root cause investigations related to data discrepancies, system errors, or business process conflicts.
• Provides training and documentation to business users on newly implemented dashboards, data tools, and reporting environments.
• Participates in system testing, including UAT support, with a focus on data validation and accuracy.
• Serves as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders during go-live and post-go-live support phases.

## Qualifications

**Required Education and Experience**

Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).

5+ years of experience in a data analysis or business intelligence role; ERP implementation experience preferred.

Proficiency with Power BI and DAX; experience developing executive dashboards and self-service reports preferred.

Strong SQL knowledge with demonstrated experience working with relational databases and large data sets.

Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&O and/or CE) and related data structures.

Experience working with data migration tools, staging tables, or middleware platforms is a plus.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Strong understanding of enterprise data governance, data warehousing concepts, and performance tuning.
