We are looking for:

Business Analyst – Data Analytics

Location: Hybrid/Remote – New Jersey

Industry: Pharmaceutical – Regulatory & Compliance

Job Type: Full-Time / Contract

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Life Sciences, Business, Information Systems, or a related field
• 4–6 years of experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on data analytics in the pharmaceutical industry
• Proven experience with data visualization and analytics platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Excel)
• Solid understanding of pharma regulatory environments (e.g., 21 CFR Part 11, GxP, ICH guidelines)
• Strong analytical thinking with attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience working in Agile environments

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or related data analytics credentials
