Your Mission:

As part of the Engine team, you'll play a vital role in an environment where innovation meets collaboration. Here's what you'll take charge of:

• Create compelling data visualizations and dashboards that tell the story behind our supply metrics
• Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
• Develop and monitor KPIs for supply partner performance, acquisition, and retention
• Deliver regular reporting and ad-hoc analysis to help leadership make informed decisions
• Provide data-driven recommendations to optimize partner onboarding, engagement, and performance
• Develop models for scenario analysis on key initiatives to inform high-impact business decisions
• Create clear documentation of metrics definitions and calculation methodologies
• Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot data pipeline issues
• Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and business teams to ensure data systems meet evolving needs
• Document data flows and models to ensure knowledge sharing across the organization
  
  

What You'll Bring to Engine:

We're looking for someone who's ready to make an impact and grow alongside us:

• 4+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related field
• Strong SQL skills and experience with BI tools (Looker preferred)
• Knowledge of modern data stack technologies (Snowflake, Airflow, etc.)
• Experience with cohort analysis, customer segmentation, forecasting, and account scoring
• Excellent communication skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
• Experience working with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solution
• Preferred: Basic understanding of ETL processes and experience building simple data pipelines; knowledge of Python or another programming language for data manipulation

Compensation

Our compensation packages are based on several factors, including your experience and expertise. In addition to a competitive base salary, total compensation may include equity and/or variable pay (OTE). Your recruiter will share your complete compensation package as you move through the process.

Base Pay Range

$85,000—$105,000 USD
