We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst to join one of our teams. In this role, you will work on projects directly connected to the company’s strategic goals, influence the way we build our analytics environment and standards, and grow both as a data and business analyst.
- Support the strategic team: provide analytical evaluation of goal achievement, prepare dashboards, documentation, and research databases;
- Collect and process data from multiple sources (marketing, finance, product etc);
- Build dashboards and reports for key business metrics (using Tableau, Amplitude, and other BI systems);
- Analyze data and develop hypotheses to improve efficiency and profitability of projects and business areas;
- Maintain and improve existing reports, unify approaches, and support the overall structure of metrics;
- Develop the business metrics tree and maintain high-level reporting for strategic company goals;
- Manage the metrics and research knowledge base: document methodologies, measurement approaches, and data interpretation guidelines.
- 3+ years of experience as an analyst (ideally in IT/product companies with large data volumes);
- Advanced proficiency in SQL;
- Strong experience with data visualization, dashboard and report creation;Solid knowledge of statistics and analytical methods;
- Hands-on experience with BI tools: Tableau (required), Amplitude.
