Data Insights Analyst (Remote) Job at AssistRx, Inc. in Orlando

The Data Insight Analyst is responsible for acquiring, managing, and analyzing data to be presented to internal teams, clients, and partners. The role includes leading the onboarding of electronic data trading partners and ensuring successful implementation of trading partner integrations. Additionally, the Data Quality Analyst monitors client data submissions and communicates with clients to resolve data quality issues.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop reports and analytics using data from data warehouses and Salesforce, utilizing Excel, SQL, Tableau, and other reporting tools.
2. Provide consultative insights by analyzing data to identify patterns, trends, and correlations, applying statistical analysis, and creating visualizations and narratives to explain data insights.
3. Identify and investigate outliers or anomalies in data.
4. Review and ensure quality assurance of data and reports before delivery to clients.
5. Communicate directly with customers regarding data needs and deadlines.
6. Research and resolve data quality issues.
7. Manage ongoing partner requests related to data specifications.
8. Configure mapping tools for data translation, testing, and documentation.
9. Serve as an internal and client-facing expert on data requirements and specifications.
10. Stay informed on updates and changes to data specifications.
11. Lead web-based training sessions for clients and partners on data standards.

Qualifications:

• Self-motivated individual who can work independently.
• Thrives in an entrepreneurial environment.
• Experience with Tableau and Salesforce reporting preferred.
• Experience with healthcare and/or pharmacy data preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SQL is required.
• Previous client-facing experience is essential.
• Must be responsive, able to work under pressure, and demonstrate a strong sense of urgency.
