Construction Worker
Ultimate LLC is immediately hiring Construction Workers for civil highway projects in the Hampstead, MD area. The pay range is up to $20 per hour based on experience. All construction workers are scheduled 40+ hours a week. We are looking for skilled craftsmen to add to our team of dedicated, safe, productive, and proven craftsmen. Ultimate LLC provides weekly pay for all employees with no week in the hole and optional direct deposit.
Ultimate Job Duties

Assist with installation of new guardrail systems

Assist with repair of old guardrail systems

Use hand and electric tools to cut, fabricate, and install guardrail components

On project training provided
-
ATTSA Flagger Certification (Not required but preferred)

Occasional Flagger duties

Occasionally operate company vehicles

Heavy lifting required
Ultimate Construction Worker

1+ years of construction experience
-
Appropriate PPE (Hard hat, vest, steel toe boots, metatarsal cover)
-
Must have basic hand tools to perform trade

Ability to perform regular standing, bending and kneeling and lifting of up to 80 lbs without assistance

Drug Test Required

Background Check Required

Clean driving record

ATTSA Flagger Cert (Not Required but Preferred)
