Performs a variety of physical tasks at construction sites, contributing to the completion of building projects. This includes tasks like site preparation, material handling, operating machinery, and assisting skilled tradespeople. They ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to specifications.

Responsibilities :

• Site Preparation: Clearing debris, digging trenches, and preparing the ground for construction.
• Material Handling: Loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials and equipment.
• Assisting Tradespeople: Working alongside carpenters, electricians, and plumbers to install components and fixtures.
• Operating Equipment: If qualified, operating machinery like bulldozers, cranes, and backhoes.
• Building and Dismantling Structures: Constructing scaffolding, bracing, and other temporary structures, as well as taking them down.
• Following Instructions: Reading blueprints and following instructions from supervisors or lead tradespeople.
• Safety Compliance: Adhering to safety regulations, maintaining a safe work environment, and reporting hazards.
• General Labor: Performing tasks such as mixing concrete, measuring and cutting materials, and cleaning the site.
