Construction / Maintenance Worker

Job Description :

Performs a variety of skilled duties in building trades, such as painting, carpentry, minor electrical work, or other recognized crafts for maintaining and repairing buildings.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Assists with and performs semi-skilled tasks related to maintenance, repair, and construction to support the upkeep of the building.
• Participates in installation, maintenance, repair, and construction work in trades such as carpentry, painting, electrical, plumbing, locksmithing, flooring, and mechanics.
• Contributes to the construction, installation, and maintenance of structures like roofs, furniture, fences, cabinets, shelving, and boards.
• Prepares surfaces and applies paint, installs or repairs carpets, and performs custodial duties as needed.

Qualifications / Requirements : Must have a valid driver's license.

Salary : Based on experience.
