This is a full-time on-site position as a Landscape Construction professional located in San Diego, CA. The role will require executing landscape designs by following specifications and blueprints, preparing job site for materials delivery, installing hardscape and softscape elements, controlling erosion, maintaining equipment, and ensuring that all installations are completed accurately and to our clients’ satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• 2+ years in landscape construction or related field
• Ability to read blueprints and follow project specifications
• Experience with operating machinery, hand tools, and power tools needed for hardscape and softscape installations
• Skilled in laying out materials
• Ability to do physical work as needed outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work well with others
• Strong work ethic and commitment to timeliness and exceptional work quality

Experience preferred in:

• Fountains, Water features, Ponds
• Softscape: Soil Preparation & Amendments, Lawns, Planting
• Irrigation, Drainage
