This position is based in Phoenix, Arizona, and involves working in a factory assembly line environment to build and assemble homes according to work orders and instructions.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1-2 years of construction experience, preferably in exterior and walls departments.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Operate hand tools, power tools, and equipment such as circular saws, table saws, routers, pneumatic nail guns, drills, etc.
• Frame, layout, and build floors and walls.
• Install and prepare drywall, tape, mud, and texture.
• Install siding, windows, and doors.
• Promote teamwork and adhere to safety standards.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred; 1-2 years of construction experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Ability to read a tape measure and blueprints (a plus).
• Intermediate construction knowledge and proficiency with tools.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills.

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements

• Exposure to outdoor elements, noise, and temperature variations.
• Must wear protective equipment.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, walk, sit, push, pull, and climb.
