We are seeking an Asphalt and Concrete Construction Worker for our North Shore location. At EverLine, you will work on a wide variety of projects for various clients across the region. This is a seasonal position, beginning mid-March and continuing through November. Working hours are 40-50 hours per week, with some weekends, overtime, and night work required.

What You'll Do

• Operate equipment to perform line painting, asphalt crack filling, sealcoating, power washing, epoxy flooring, and more
• Plan and facilitate the production of high-quality projects
• Communicate job status daily with the Crew Leader and Operations Manager
• Maintain a safe, hazard-free job site
• Perform additional tasks as required

What You Bring

• A valid MA driver’s license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation
• You are self-motivated, a critical thinker, and enjoy problem-solving
• You understand the importance of punctuality, organization, and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a physically demanding role involving walking, bending, and lifting up to 75 lbs
• Ability to work well independently without supervision
• Experience with small engines (e.g., lawnmowers) and/or paint sprayers is an asset
