Aerial Construction Worker - Southwest Region (Arizona)

Join HYLAN as an Aerial Construction Worker - Southwest Region (Arizona) in Phoenix, AZ. This full-time role offers a pay range of $16.00/hr - $25.00/hr, depending on skills and experience.

HYLAN specializes in broadband, communications, and intelligent transport systems, including underground construction and new technologies such as micro trenching, microfiber blowing, and directional drilling.

Responsibilities

• Aerial construction and ground assistance
• Ensure safety, quality, and accuracy in all tasks
• Install and repair aerial telephone cables
• Placement of telephone poles and anchors
• Operate manual tools and mechanized equipment like bucket trucks and excavators
• Set up safety perimeters using signage, cones, and barriers

Qualifications

• Must be 21+, with a valid driver's license and health card (if driving)
• Ability to perform physical manual labor
• Adhere to safety protocols and company policies
• Good communication skills
• Knowledge of electrical clearances and aerial cable installation
• Experience with bucket trucks and telecommunications construction (1-5 years preferred)
