Job Description:
We’re looking for a skilled and dependable Handyman to join our team. This role involves a wide range of maintenance, repair, and punch-out tasks across residential and/or commercial properties. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently to complete jobs efficiently and up to standard.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general maintenance and repair work including carpentry, drywall, painting, plumbing, and basic electrical

• Handle punch-out work on new construction or renovation projects — ensuring all final repairs, adjustments, and finishing touches are completed to spec

• Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues as they arise

• Replace or install fixtures, appliances, hardware, and other items as needed

• Follow up on work orders and punch lists in a timely and professional manner

• Maintain a clean and safe work area and follow all safety guidelines

• Communicate job status, materials used, and any issues to supervisors or clients

Requirements:

• Proven experience in handyman, maintenance, or skilled labor roles

• Prior experience with punch-out work strongly preferred

• Solid knowledge of common building systems, tools, and techniques

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods

• Good communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Preferred Qualifications:

• Vocational training or relevant certifications

• Experience working on both residential and commercial properties

• Own tools (preferred but not required)
