Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general construction, repair, and maintenance on manufactured homes (both interior & exterior).
• Assist with installations, renovations, and finishing work.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Maintain a clean and organized job site.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in construction (especially with manufactured/mobile homes) .
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Must have your own truck.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.

Compensation:

• $25/hour and up, depending on experience and skill level.
• Flexible scheduling – both full-time and part-time opportunities available.
