The Opportunity
A respected commercial builder is seeking a Construction Superintendent to lead field operations on projects ranging from $10M–$50M. This is a hands-on leadership role suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, safety-first environment and enjoys seeing projects through from ground-up to closeout.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily site operations and field teams
- Manage and update construction schedules and forecasts
- Coordinate subcontractors, materials, inspections, and site logistics
- Enforce project-specific and OSHA safety protocols
- Ensure quality control and adherence to local building codes
- Serve as the main point of contact on-site for project stakeholders
What You Bring
- 5+ years of Superintendent experience on commercial builds
- OSHA 30 certification
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Proven track record building and managing construction schedules
- Knowledge of local code compliance and inspection processes
- Ground-up experience preferred
- Public Works background.
