With nearly $100M annually in light industrial work alone , they’re looking to bring on an experienced Construction Estimator to support continued success and client satisfaction.

What You’ll Do:

• Estimate and prepare proposals for light industrial projects from concept through bid
• Collaborate closely with project managers, clients, and subs to ensure accuracy and competitiveness
• Help maintain strong client relationships and uphold the company’s reputation for reliable delivery

What They’re Looking For:

• Proven experience estimating light industrial or similar commercial construction projects
• Strong knowledge of construction means, methods, and market pricing
• Proficiency with industry estimating software and tools
• Detail-oriented with strong communication and collaboration skills
