We’re looking for a detail-oriented Estimator to join a dynamic team in Richmond, VA. This is an opportunity to be part of a well-established general contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality commercial construction projects across the Mid-Atlantic. What You’ll Do:
- Prepare accurate estimates and budgets for exciting construction projects
- Interpret architectural and engineering drawings
- Collaborate with preconstruction, project management, and subcontractors
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality
- Assist in bid preparation and proposal development
What We’re Looking For:
- 3-10+ years of estimating experience in commerical, multifamily or retail perferred.
- Strong knowledge of estimating software and Excel
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
