What You’ll Be Doing
- Preparing detailed and accurate estimates for commercial construction projects.
- Reviewing drawings, specifications, and subcontractor quotes to ensure competitive and complete proposals.
- Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and leadership to develop winning bids.
- Identifying cost-saving opportunities while maintaining project quality.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with subcontractors and vendors.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as an Estimator with a commercial general contractor.
- Strong background in K-12, Healthcare, or Commercial projects .
- Proficiency with estimating software and construction management tools.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
