Job Title: Construction Equipment Yard Worker w/ CDL A

Salary: $25 - $30+ per hour, depending on experience, plus travel potential and additional earning potential

Location: Las Vegas, NV (on-site)

Responsibilities

• Yard Organization: Organize and maintain a clean and safe yard environment; keep materials labeled, organized, and protected.
• Truck Maintenance: Clean, maintain, and organize trucks; check fluids, lights, and equipment; address issues as needed.
• Material Handling: Load/unload materials onto trucks; deliver and pickup materials at job sites, vendors, etc.; restock and refuel trucks and equipment.
• Deliveries and Pickups: Deliver materials to team members and designated locations; pick up materials from vendors and job sites.
• Receiving and Inspecting: Receive and inspect delivered materials and fuel; organize materials in appropriate locations.
• Equipment Operation: Safely operate basic construction equipment and tools; safely operate semi trucks, flat beds, truck-mounted cranes, and bucket trucks as required.
• Safety and Compliance: Follow all safety regulations and procedures; ensure proper use of safety gear and equipment.
• Closing Duties: Secure and lock all trucks, tools, and equipment at the end of the day; ensure all areas are cleaned and locked before leaving.

The Ideal Candidate Should Possess

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• 1 year of licensed driving experience required.
• Ability to organize and maintain a clean and safe yard environment.
• Experience with cleaning and maintaining trucks and equipment.
• Ability to lift 90 lbs+ and move materials.
• Ability to work outside in Las Vegas weather and heat.
• Must have BOTH a valid driver's license and CDL A license.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Commitment to safety procedures and regulations.
