About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and driven Construction Superintendent to lead field operations on high-quality construction projects. This role requires a hands-on leader with a strong focus on safety, quality control, scheduling, and site coordination. You’ll be responsible for overseeing daily operations and ensuring that projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all on-site construction activities and personnel from groundbreaking to final walkthrough.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and clients.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met.
• Enforce safety protocols and compliance with OSHA and company standards.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure adherence to quality and contract specifications.
• Lead daily job site meetings and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Manage material deliveries, inventory, and equipment on-site.
• Resolve on-site conflicts and change orders in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain daily reports, logs, and documentation of project progress.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction experience, with at least 2 years in a Superintendent or supervisory role.
• Proven track record of managing commercial or residential construction projects from start to finish.
• Deep knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, MS Project).
• OSHA 30 certification (preferred).
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and contracts.
