Green Key Resources is hiring: Senior Project Manager - Construction in San Anto

Green Key Resources is partnered with a well-established, Texas-based General Contractor that is seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead projects in the Commercial ,Higher Education, K-12, and Religious sectors. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled PM who excels at managing complex projects, building strong client relationships, and driving project performance from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the full project lifecycle from preconstruction through closeout
• Manage field teams, subcontractors, budgets, and timelines to ensure successful delivery
• Take full ownership of project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
• Handle contract negotiations with clients, vendors, and subcontractors
• Act as the primary client-facing representative, maintaining strong relationships and clear communication
• Ensure projects meet or exceed quality, safety, and compliance standards
• Mentor junior staff and support internal leadership efforts

Qualifications:

• 10–15 years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction
• Specialized experience in Higher Ed, K-12, and/or Religious facility projects
• Expert-level understanding of construction financials and cost management
• Proven ability to lead contract negotiation and administration
• Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in client-facing roles
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
