Project Manager/Estimator (Construction) Job at Lumicity in Abilene

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Estimator/Project Manager. This is a great opportunity for someone with estimating experience who’s ready to take ownership of both bidding and managing commercial construction projects. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Prepare accurate and competitive bids using PlanSwift for projects ranging from $10,000 to $4 million Manage awarded projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring alignment with budget, schedule, and quality standards Coordinate with general contractors, suppliers, and internal field teams to resolve scope, sequencing, and material issues Lead subcontractor and vendor procurement efforts, ensuring timely delivery and cost control Maintain project documentation and support jobsite visits to ensure safety and performance Coordinate with leadership and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS ~3+ years of experience in commercial construction estimating and/or project management ~ Proficiency with PlanSwift or similar estimating software ~ Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills ~ Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently ~ Experience with projects in the $10K–$4M range preferred If interested, apply directly or send your up-to-date resume to Yousuf.khan@Lumicity.io
