Join our team as a Production Worker, where you will be responsible for assembling and packaging food products on a production line. This role requires precision, hand dexterity, and attention to detail, as well as the ability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.
Responsibilities
- Assemble and package food products on a production line.
- Maintain hand dexterity and attention to detail.
- Lift up to 15 pounds on rare occasions.
- Adhere to safety and cleanliness protocols by wearing hair nets, lab coats, and beard nets when applicable.
Essential Skills
- Experience in general labor, packaging, production, or warehouse packing.
- Ability to work in a refrigerated environment at 45 degrees.
- Comfortable wearing closed-toed shoes.
- Effective communication skills for interacting with supervisors.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in food production is advantageous.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Work Environment
Work in a clean and cold environment, with temperatures maintained at 45 degrees. Dress comfortably with hoodies and pants, and ensure you wear closed-toed shoes. The dress code requires lab coats, hair nets, beard nets, and gloves while on the line. Please refrain from wearing fake nails, piercings, or jewelry.

50 cent raise at 6 months, yearly raises, all promotions from within!
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $17.00/hr.
