Job Title: Utility Worker – Weekend Shift
Location: Decatur, IL
Pay: $21.00+
Schedule: Weekend Shift (Friday–Sunday or Saturday–Monday, depending on company schedule)

We’re looking for a dependable and motivated Utility Worker to join our weekend team. This hands-on role involves electric motor disassembly, pressure washing, and general labor tasks in an industrial environment. If you’re someone who takes pride in hard work and thrives in a team setting, we want to hear from you.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities:
- Disassemble electric motors and perform pressure washing
- Follow instructions from weekend supervisor and leadership
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Perform physically demanding tasks (lifting up to 25 lbs, standing for long periods)
- Adapt to changing tasks and responsibilities each shift
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
- Complete other duties as assigned
✅ Essential Skills & Experience:
- General production or labor experience
- Experience in foundry, loading, or industrial work preferred
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Comfortable working in a physically demanding and sometimes dirty environment
- Safety-first mindset
➕ Additional Qualifications:
- Forklift operation and plant maintenance experience a plus
- Familiarity with electric motors is beneficial
- Must have reliable transportation

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
