Position Title: Social Worker, Behavioral Health Unit

Sign-On Bonus: Negotiable
Relocation: Partial
Salary: $74,880 - $87,000

Job Duties:
- Conduct interviews and assessments for patients and their families.
- Determine and arrange needed internal and external services/interventions.
- Participate in case reviews to monitor and evaluate treatment plan compliance.
- Assist with discharge planning and identify appropriate resources for patients.
- Supervise and train new staff, students, and interns.
- Perform Medicaid screenings as needed.
- Assist patients with Safety Net applications when required.
Qualifications:
- NV Licensed Clinical Social Worker license required.
- Master's degree in Social Work.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
